ORDERS
To be able to purchase product on this website you must:
- Be over 18 years of age
- Possess a valid credit or debit card accepted by us
- Create a Joy account by providing your real name, billing/delivery address, and email address or telephone number
- Stipulate a delivery address. Please note that PO box numbers, hotel and accommodation addresses are not acceptable.
On placing an order you create a contract between you and Joy. The acceptance of this order takes place when we dispatch the goods, unless we have notified you that we are not able to process your order.
Reasons that we may not be able to complete your order are as follows:
- We are unable to obtain payment authorisation
- The item you require is currently out of stock
- You do not fulfil the above requirements to be eligible to place an order (please see first paragraph)
- If there has been an error in the pricing or description of the product.
You are able to cancel your order by telephone (Monday-Friday 10am-6pm) prior to the dispatch of the goods. If your order has already been dispatched please follow the returns policy procedure.

We reserve the right to withdraw any items or materials from this website. We also may make changes to the content or prices of the products at any time without notice. Each item purchased is sold
subject to its product description. We will endeavour to ensure that all details, prices and product descriptions are correct at the time ofuploading the information onto the site. We take great
care to make certain the product images are clear and accurate however; due to the photographic process some slight variations may occur.
PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Electron and Solo. Please note that we are unable to accept Amex or Diners Club.
All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
The total cost of your order is the price of the items selected plus delivery. You will be able to view the full cost of your order at the checkout before entering your payment details and will
have the opportunity to correct any errors. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks/ authorisation. If your card issuer refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise
payment to use, we will not be liable for any non-delivery or delay.
